Ryan Soriano is a hands-on principal in managing a case’s file handling. This includes initial analysis, claim projections, and discovery recommendations. He will also handle all discovery proceedings, court appearances and appeals. On occasion, the files will be handled by trusted, highly skilled associates working under Mr. Soriano’s direct supervision.

Do you handle liens?
The rates vary for this, but we do not require percentage recovery against the savings for the Employer.

Absolutely. For example, Mr. Soriano has in-depth experience in drafting Petitions for Reconsideration, Writs of Review, and Writ of Mandamus.
